    Shipping fees are calculated per item. If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping fees are determined based on the location of the item, the shipping address and the item(s) total within the order. YUTYBAZAR is pleased to provide the best shipping rates and options domestically and internationally for orders below the minimum spend for free shipping.
    Domestic
    The items within the order, and the shipping address are located in the same country.
    We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders over £50, $50 or €50.
    US & Canada
    The items within the order are located in Canada, and the shipping address is located in the US, or vice versa.
    We offer complimentary shipping on orders over 100$.
    International
    The items within the order and the shipping address are located in different countries, with the exception of Canada and the US.
    We offer complimentary international shipping on orders over £120, $120 or €120.

    Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

    Taxes
    For orders made in the US, YUTYBAZAR is required to collect taxes in some states, other states may be exempt. This will be calculated at checkout.
    Customs & Import Duties
    If your order ships to you from a different country ( order originates in New York, you’re based in London for example), customs and import duties vary, and will be dependent on your country’s regulations. We collect applicable duties and taxes at checkout, so your order is shipped and delivered with duty paid to ensure a seamless experience.
    Cancellations
    YUTYBAZAR operates a marketplace model, which means that our brand partners pack and ship orders directly to you. We cannot guarantee that should any changes or cancellations be made to an order once it has been completed, that it will go through. Orders which have been shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Returns
    YUTYBAZAR works with various brand partners and the return policy varies per product and depending on the individual partner. You can view a product's return and exchange policy within the product details.
    Returned in a saleable condition
    The item must be unopened, unused, with all hygiene seals untouched and its original packaging
    If an item is damaged please do email help@yutybazar.com with a photo, so that we can rectify the situation and let our brand partners know.
    Exchanges
    YUTYBAZAR works with various brand partners and the return policy varies per product and depending on the individual partner. You can view a product's return and exchange policy within the product details.
    If there is not a pre-paid return label within the order, please contact the support team at help@yutybazar.com and we will be happy to assist you.
    Once the return has been received, refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
    We understand that in light of COVID-19 making returns within 30 days may not be possible or advised. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be making exceptions to our typical returns policy.
